this is a project ive been working on and developing for a while and im pleased to say its now finished...its a crewcab bay window (non VW), porsche riviera blue, narrowed front beam. No bull here - this is an awesome machine - and economical too.

I put the alternative motor in after getting fed up with poor fuel consumption and escalating costs of diesel (plus diesels IMO are crap) - the picture shows the old set up.....ive now upgraded to a new donk (ey).

It runs on biofuel and has approx 1hp at the mo but pulls like a cart horse. I like to thrash the nads off it - Im not too worried if the old engine gets knackered - theres plenty around and its easily upgradable to 2 or 3 hp - the skys the limit really

cooling has been as issue but if I keep it topped up with water its generally OK.

The only problem I had with the build was when I upgraded to the donkey from the cow - engine 'mounting' was really difficult. With a little thought - I soon got around this with the use of some special handles i fitted on its head - it makes long journeys so much more bearable.

I hope you like it......i will post some videos of me riding in it soon Grin

Good work

Nice colour choice Cool

Are you running a Dynamo on the rear wheels to power the lights ?

I hear the Great Dane conversion is very popular

Look forward to some video footage.
