Mk2 Golf GTI 8V Wiring

Hi Guys

Doing an MK2 Gofl Gti (digifant) Conversion into a Bay - anyone done one before? We are struggling with a couple of wires

The first one comes from the - side of the coil and is labelled up ecu relay. The wiring diagram shows it going to the fuse box, we think it is for the rev counter but not sure.

The Second comes from the ECU and is labelled starter kill switch on one side and unknown and not needed with a ?

A mechanic from our local vw garage unwired it for us and said you will have no bother putting it back
