Overfueling

So i finally got my ej25 powered t25 finished and in for it's mot. It wasn't accelerating right, hesitating and stuttering when i put my foot down. It failed the mot on emissions and overfueling. No fault codes showing. Any ideas? New plugs fitted, compressioned, compression test was fine, replaced o2 sensor.

Did you find what was wrong with your van,my ej25 t25 does the exact same,it also failed an emissions test,iv changed every sensor ,coil pack,leads spark plugs,air manifold,injecters,made no difference

Does your motor have a MAF or MAS sensor, that could be the issue. They don't like oiled air cleaners either.

no its the later engine with no maf sensor. air cleaner is brand new as well
