Seen this on eBay...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-camper-rear-disc-brake-conversion-kit-parts-/280628707710?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4156c6417e

So its basically a pair of 407 callipers some metal to make your own brackets and a pair of hubs?

What would I need to do to the hubs to fit mercedes sprinter disks with these callipers?
if anyone has any info i'd be grateful.. just i don't know where to start with something like this.

cheers!

At a guess I'd imagine the VW hub would sit inside the sprinter disc (they must be the same PCD).

Then drill the boiler plates to fit inplace of the vw drum's backing plate then bend/cut/weld/magic spell the boiler plate into the correct offset to place the caliper in the right place.

Make sense?

Just googled it and I'd agree that the sprinter is 5x130,

Perhaps the seller meant Merc Vito which is 5 x 112.

Look at the empi rear disc kit and you'll see the bracket I'm speaking off.

Most kits are made this way, infact my Porsche 944 brakes are basically the same except the mount is much fancier as it incorporates the disc backing plate.

I used 2002 passat discs, had the rear hubs machined slighty to fit inside the discs, then used mk4 golf rear calipers.
