Radiator Ducting

My plan is to Duct the Air front the front of the van all the way back to the Rads underneath, and push the air from Top to bottom.

At the minute,
I've stuck a large piece of industrial steel sheeting off an acv unit off our old central heating system at work.














Please chime in with opinions and experiences guys./

Here's today's work.






Now I need a way of closing off the parts that move up and down like anti roll bar and side to side and up and down like the steering arm thingy's.
Overlapping rubber maybe. ???

Then onto tidying up at the front where the scoop meets the under side of the bumper. Mesh I suppose.
