| im having problems selecting first gear and reverse is hard to get into gear too..been advised it could need gear selector adjusted..it does drive and select other gears fine from 2nd..its a five speed box in a t25 lhd van..any advice on how to adjust this and is it under spare wheel carrier as cant visible see it clearly..thanks |

its time to lay under bus...
if you have alot of play at gearstick end then you will reqire bushes ,all available at just campers and lots of them [check website has exsploded veiw of complete linkage]. also check your engine mounts are secure.
to adjust shift rod follow the shift rod underneath and you will find a splined part and a collar around it ,mark it first then turn it a couple of spines one way [or other] this will give it more movement in the direction of 1st/reverse.

| thanks for advice..looks like i,ll be under van for easter..will check mounts too..its got scooby turbo fitted.. |

if your front mount is all baggy, i had some custom poly bushes made.[got 2 left],if your interested?.
