Right after floating around on here picking up a few tips, i`ve got a adaptor kit, i got the vehicle
and this week should have a TD from a mondeo mk2
I`m planning on doing the scooping out the chip in the pump mod that i saw on here somewhere, am i gonna need anything else from the car?
cheers _________________ Go big or go home |

Engine wiring loom is a must to keep life simple and the starter relays too. Also water pipe is pretty usefull-I found it very usefull to have a bag full of bends etc to call on. I also kept the all the guages too-not that i needed them but they were useful to check that all my other gauges were calibrated. Oh and the exhaust pipe is usefull to as you can cut it up and make a new exhaust for the bug _________________ www.faltownskateboards.com |

Well i`ve done it i`ve got a 1.8 DE Endura TD engine which i guess is the 90hp on as its out of a mk2 Mondeo
Did i read somewhere of another exhaust manifold being used as this one will poss foul, p100? or could i turn it upside down and have the turbo sticking out the back and up rather than forward and down and mount the intercooler else where.
Right roll on the weekend so i can see if i got the right bits _________________ Go big or go home |

Well i got a problem my ford kit won`t fit all the way over the clutch & flywheel also the starter doesn`t fit Its a 3 bolt starter and the adaptor is a 3 bolt too but different spacing.
Was the pinto starter a 2 or 3 bolt one?
Maybe i got a pinto adaptor
Anyone want a 1.8 td in exchange for a pinto??? _________________ Go big or go home |
