Hi, thanks for the reply it's a uk 1997 ej22e awd
Ecu has three grey plugs, going into one yellow connector
Marked dj5 I'm in the process
Of tracing wires from the engine to the ecu
For a pinout chart, but the problem is the
Loom was removed not by myself and there
Is some of the rear loom missin, but nothing
From the ecu end.I think this ecu is ob1
As I have yet to find the ob2 plug on the loom
This is one of the reasons I need the org
Wire diagram. |

I know more about EJ20's through my personal experience.
When I've converted my loom, done two now, the Only thing that goes to the back of the vehicle which is require to run the car is the fuel pump +12v.
With my looms I had two large multipin connectors held together by an 10mm screw.
I've cut those plugs off from the front part of the loom and large part of the loom will come away.
There are a couple of plugs going into the engine loom, grey plugs around 30mm square shaped, the ones you would unplug to pull the engine. Leave those connected, most wires go there from the ecu. Then all you need to find is less then 10 cables from the ecu.
I'm being vague here I know. This approach worked for my phase one engine. Im sure the phase 1.5 of yours has an immobiliser to contend with too.
My point is that there isn't much going to the back of the car required by the ecu other then the fuel pump which is obviously comin from the fuel pump relay.
I'll have a looks around and see it I can find anything that can help you. _________________ Think......
