ive had the trekker for a few years now and its been sat up at a mates unit (cheers dan) it was going the usual route sitck the subaru motor in the back and use a 1303s at gearbox bla bla
but i bought the donor subaru a uk turbo wagon and started playing with my tape measure (id seen some one on the internet put a porsche boxter in to a 1303 and it look the dogs danglies
so im gona have a go at glueing the floor pan to the body of the trekker
ive got to shorten the pan by 120mm so the the wheels line up and make the wings 40mm bigger this might go tits up but if it does il stick the engine in the back
wish me luck (im gona need lots)

a bit more progress today
got the engine/gearbox/front suspension out
i had to borrow a 19mm 3/4drive and bar to undo the wishbone bolts
they were f/t
and i managed to hit myself hard in the face when a exhaust bolt snaped
the boys in the other units thought i looked like rudolph
down but not out!
nice big hole and dozy me forgot to put something down to catch the gearbox oil
