Injection's only a few more wires ;-) at the end of the day you'd be better with a more modern engine. If you're worried about the wiring pay Rich (RJES) or similar to do it.
EAs are old, try getting spares.
I'm not sure but I think the adapter plates are different to EJs. Someone else confirm or deny this please.
Unless you already have one, i wouldn't bother. _________________ The advice you receive on here is worth the paper it's written on.
Your experiences are worth shed loads to others, including the f'ups - live and learn.
Wouldn't YOU rather learn by someone else's mistakes? So would they.
'78 Bay, 2 litre 091 box, EJ20 NA & the ashtray's on the 'right' side.

Thanks for the advise.
I'll search both ways :
or an adaptor for the ea82 engine because it is a good engine with low mileage.
or a newer EJ engine with the help from a more experienced person. |

Well if it's cheap as chips....
Rogblk's got one in his Baysplit and is well happy with it. Not the fastest but a huge improvement over a aircooled Nice workhorse TBF _________________ The advice you receive on here is worth the paper it's written on.
