Hello every one, I love this forum i have been watching it for years now and i have learnt alot so thank you.
Well i have a 1975 bay camper from Aus and it needs alot of work doing to it to get it where i want it. I feed up with air cool engines busting a gut on me ever time i put my foot down so after checking you guys out i have taken the plunge and started restoring my bus. I bought a 2 lt Subaru engine and with a lot of help from Richard at RJES got the conversion bits. She is to be completely gutted a full respray and a couple of changes on the way. Any comments and advise will be appreciated [img[/img]

I know She came with a price tag however but she is still far from being perfect. I must admit i feel like a bit of a cheat after looking at some of the restoration projects that are on some of the other threads. I still have my fair share of welding to do, you can tell its an Aus bus it rust s from the roof down ill get some pics sorted

Right then i am all geared up for another day working on the camper (Saturdays are the only days i can do any work as i have no garage so i am very great full to Ricky at RVS in Lugershall for allowing me to use his)
Any way the angle grinder is coming out this weekend and the welding will begin.('')

I have some crazy idea to fit a radiator inside the engine bay passenger side battery tray area. I have seen a prototype but it is not tested yet so fingers crossed.
Any body know how or who can restore the pop tops i have an odd one with the brackets on the outside of the canvas. ('')All the seals are shot and several holes where the thing was screwed into the roof of the van are damaged? :
