A MASSIVE THANKYOU TO YOURSELF AND THIS FORUM FOR HELPING ME GET MY CONVERSION DONE AND UP AND RUNNING
ive just took it for its first run out and all i can say is wow it sounds amazing
and fast so much faster than me air cooled 1600
i may even be able to ge up the hills now hahaha
,ive used a rjes bellhousing
a rjes exhaust
rjes vss
clutch kit from rjes
fuel pump bosch
fuel tank altered with a 12m outlet and a 8mm inlet
chassis had to be altered slightly so that the starter motor fitted properly
and a evo rad fitted under the belly , without scoop yet
twin fan
this has all been fitted into a 1978 vw camper van
without this site i would have stood no chance of sorting this out without the help from this forum and the assistance of rich from rjes
im one very happy chappy and i carnt stop smiling
im going to spain in two weeks so hopefully all will be good
so once again a big massive thankyou especialy ElusiveStranger as ive followed most of your conversion
