A friend of mine has a Caravelle with a Volvo B19 (downgraded B21 for souther Europe). B19's are pretty lame and now I'm replacing it with a B23. Happy

Haha! The first clip is without mufflers, not even a downpipe. Happy

Right now I mounted the old system, it's only a 180-bend and a big muffler. But I think that's one of the reasons it's noisy when driving. I'll another muffler and isolate the compartment with bitumen plates later on.

I forced myself to make a new first half of the exhaust, and it was really worth it.
