FOR SALE 1961 GOLDE RAGTOP SUBARU 2.2 LEGACY CONVERSION STREET/STRIP BEETLE ON THE ROAD
Ok, the time has come for me to sell my bug, Ronnie, onto a new owner! The only reason for selling is because I want to go back to racing an lawn mower. I could do this with Ronnie by getting rid of the scooby conversion, however the conversion has been done so well that it would be a shame to start swapping it all about to make him lawn mower again, therefore the plan is to sell him on and start from scratch with a new basic bug.
I have owned Ronnie for almost a year now and have loved every minute of it. He has been my daily driver for all of the time that I have had him so has been used everyday to go to work and back (70 mile round trip). He also went on a roadtrip to Germany in all of the snow over xmas to visit my sister, the Ninove show in Belgium in March plus various other UK shows throughout the year, he is very reliable!
He was always garaged by the previous owners and only used in dry weather and is incredibly solid.

This is a great car for anyone who wants to race and still have a very usable daily driver. He is a much loved car and I will be very sad to see him go but new plans are ahead!

SWAPS / PXS
Ok, seeing as I'm after going lawn mower to race. I'll take pxs including cars that would be suitable as a base to build up to race, so relatively cheap as money will be required for engine etc.
I will also need a new daily, so will consider a px for a cheap daily, up to about £1k, as said before I will need pennies for engine etc on the new bug.
