I've split your post
Welcome fella.
Could you tell us what g/box your running?
Dunno if it's pertinent to you but check out Gerrelt's web site. Alfa flat 4 into a bug...

Hi there, you need an extension boss on the flywheel (about 60mm by memory) My one uses a beetle 1600 flywheel that has been adapted. It runs a 200mm clutch. You also need a bell housing adapter plate. If you want to use the fuel injection then you need to mount the alfa timing wheel on the beetle flywheel as well, or you could go down the carbs route.
Hope this helps,

Cool, a new post in the Alfa forum...
So, you got any pictures, T25alfa ?
Maybe you could post them in the "Completed Conversions" part of the forum? _________________ homepage

Hi Gerrelt,
I'll have a look and see what photos i've got and then post them. The camper is not an item of great beauty but well used. I've just trashed the clutch, don't suppose you know of a kennedy clutch anywhere?
All the best,
