If i have had a MAF error and then replace the MAF for a different one will the error still remainin the ecu memory and thus this engine still wont run even with a goo MAF? Also how long do i need to leave the battery disconnected to reset the ecu?

Hours. 3-4 hours. I have tryed with 30 seconds as Haynes said. Maybe half an hour. Try. Put the two black connector together and see if the foult is gone. If not give it more time off power.
