Hi all,

I've just bought a 2 Litre Type 4 with a Sharpbuilt Type 1 cooling kit on it to pop into my '69 Bay. So far I've sorted out a 2 litre engine support bar and hanging brackets and I'm sending my 1600 gearbox down to Bears Motorsports to be rebuilt with a 2l ring and pinion. Its already got a 200mm flywheel so will probably just need the roller bearing to support the 1600 output shaft.

I presume I will just have to cut the old moustache type bar hangers off and then the 2l brackets bolt through the chassis legs in about the same position.

Have I missed out anything obvious?

Cheers,
Paddy
