yes i have.
but I use a RJES bellhousing which means i didnt have to think much about that end as i used T25 stuff. At the pedal end though its very straight forward.
first you need to make a clevis mount on your pedal - ie weld a tab with a hole on it on. then make a push rod with clevis on to link to the above. then mount the master cylinder just behind the corner of the front removable belly pan. ill try and sort some pics when i have more time.
For pipes I used copper stuff (same size as gas pipe you use in campers) |

| im not 100% sure but i dont think it will as it uses a special bracket which bolts to the bellhousing. However you will probably be able to use a t25 bellhousing on your box. Like i said above though i havent done that end of things as my conversion bellhousing was already designed for it. |

some pics.....if you look carefully - the pedal has a tab welded to the bottom which the clevis from an old clutch cable attaches to. the clevis is welded to a rod which is the pushrod to actuate the master cylinder mounted behind. Also included a gratuitous picture of my shiny gearbox showing the RJEs bits.

for everyone elses benefit its t25.....but you can use most other M/C - i used t25 because they are cheap available and also matched the slave cylinder i was using.
its an easy modification....i dont know why everyone with a RJES bellhousing doesnt do it. 1 less cable to snap. |
