Hi Guys
I am restoring a 1977 bay which I love. I do however have two kids and want to make the most of my bay when it is on the road. At the moment I would prefer to go down the reliability path with a Subaru engine.
It doesn't have to be fast (therefore not bothered about turbo engines) I just want some more reliable that my air cooled. Could someone therefore kick me off with some engine codes of what would suit my needs?
Thanks

I'm going for a EJ20, but it doesn't really matter as they are good engines all of them. Try to get one newer than -96, there was an upgrade around that time and the newer engines are better. On the other hand - a -92 is probably aaaa lot better than the one you want to replace... |
