Anyone Seen HYY874K ?

I hope this is the best section for my post. I'm hoping one of you water cooled people may have noticed an old air cooled (can I say that here? ) bay campervan that my family had when I was young. I have been looking hard to find it but haven't had any luck so far

The van is red and white and has a pop-top. The registration is HYY874K.

I know it's still on the road because it's been taxed. It's also had 13 owners.

Anyone seen it?

I'm trying to get hold of a picture from my mother. None of the few pics we've got are all that great though and all taken 35 years ago with my dads old camera...

have you tried contacting the type 2 owners club - and also the guys at dub census - its quite possible they will have some records if the owners registered with either.
