Just smashed a side window so thought id ask if anyone knows a good way of fitting glass back in a bus?

Its very easy!! get some cheap washing line Asda Cheapo is usual.
fit it all round the seal overlapping the ends in the seal at the top then get a friend to hold window in aperture then start pulling the line round the window seal.
it all should pop back in takes about 10 minutes. |

cheers Pepper, my neighbour came up with the same idea too. Got three in without any further incident . They where very tight, twenty minutes each ! two to go, never again.
definately a two people job |

Also worth noting if doing a windscreen start at the top with your washing line and work down, me and Rich had several failed attempts starting at the bottom which you would logically think to be the easier way.

You can loop at the top & one at the bottom, even easier. _________________ The advice you receive on here is worth the paper it's written on.
Your experiences are worth shed loads to others, including the f'ups - live and learn.
Wouldn't YOU rather learn by someone else's mistakes? So would they.
