Oh thats a shame I thought this could have been a nice cheap alternative from buying a a 2lt baybox! Still lovely-I would love to change my gears linkage to cable as mine even though mine is good it is still very much like stering soup!

shame it wont fit a DK as well or I'd have had one.... gotta re-do my crewys linkage anyway so this would have been a nice solution.

Tontie - if you fancy having a look at a DK box for any future development, and your not a million miles from bristol - gimme a shout as I've got one thats going into my van soon...

If anyone was interested in trying out the cable gearshift, I have a trade stand at Volksworld.
Please come along say hi, I'll have my van there with it fitted, so anyone who wants to try it out, please look me up.

Your looking at the first prototype which I have fitted into my van. Just about to do a pre-production run for both petrol & diesel vans. Same transmission kit for 4 & 5 speed. The kit would be a complete bolt on installation, everything except the gear knob. Took me 4 hours to fit including removing old linkage (first time), guess a skilled person would be less than 2 hours. Target price for complete system would be £300 plus carriage. Could dispatch anywhere in the World & have Credit Card facility.

I met Anton at the volksworld and experienced the shifter systems he has available. Had a nice sales display with the shifters setup on a number of different boxs. Was interesting feeling the difference between a box designed for a cable shifter and the boxs without.

Either way top notch bits of kits and I'd recommend them.

Its a shame as I'd already bought my shifter before meeting Anton otherwise I'd have done brought differently.

Try sending him a PM.
