Yes that´s true LPI does not need a flashlube system.
I have an EJ 22 sitting in my shop almost ready to go into my 89 T3 Multivan Automatik. I am using a kep adapter and smallcar mount and exaust. I need to get my two cat converters welded together to pass our smog check.
Once that is done and the bugs are done I want to get an LPI. There ist a dealer here in town (Düsseldorf) who offers Lpi by Vialle and Icom and also the Standard Prins systems. I haven´t heard anything bad about the Icom too. I think it is from Italy. Finally I will have to take a system that has a certificate for the Subaru engine to get it registerd.

Hi Stefan,

Do correct me if i'm wrong but i think that Vialle is the only manufactorer/suplier of LPi systems.

Regards,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Jtg Icom also does an LPI system. The main difference to the Vialle system is that it does not have a extra ECU for the gas. The gas injectors get their signal from the petrol injectors.

Have a look here. It´s a company here in town that offers both systems:

Hi Stefan,

You're right!

I think i'll go the Vialle route anyway.
They are the one most people know in the LPG business.
Don't mind the extra ecu, probably well thought through i guess.
Why don't you try to give them a ring or email and let them give you a estimate on the costs converting your engine to LPi?
I'va had Vialle do this for me, 2140,00 euro's incl labour and vat!

Regards,

Paul
