| Thats limp mode , had one done at tsr while back with same problem . found out later that i needed a speed senser that they had cut out. I had to make a speed senser with some magnets glued onto my cv joint and a hall sensor :smt120 Theres some more info on this forum somewhere . |

I done over 1000 miles since its been in and its never gone over 4500rpm .
im speaking to rjes at the mo to find out if its possible to get the fault light reinstalled to the loom, im hoping this will point me in the right direction to the fault.

yer hes not too sure said he has seen i before and sorted the prob by fitting a speed sensor but my year off engine dont need one and if you diddnt have one and it worked fine that cant be the prob.
i thought the fault light might help, rich he can change the loom and i would like it there for future use so going to sent the loom and get it changed.
i would still like to know if anyones had the same fault |
