hi all new member on here 
thought id add my little project its a 1961 splitty (single cab)it was rotting away for years, so thought id get the bugger on the road due welding repairs lowering beams/irs ing it etc ,,then the dame 1500 ratted and locked up?so thought time to make my own convesion an save some cash?so made my own adaptorplate and put a nice grunty moter in (3.0 v6 quad cam ,runing on redtop injection though a moded aircool gearbox ,,in a word its dangrous lol (ill ge some pictures up shortly and tell me what u think?

Cool wheels do I see some disc on the front too !

hi andy thought you'd like it here! 
this beast flys! well...I had to sit down for a while and thank god I was still alive! beefed up motor beefed up brakes rat look....just wished it was mine.
alot of work gone into this bus blew me away....hence looking to get rid of the tired old 1600 air cooled and go with the H2O boys. |

hi all i wasbord so thought id make somert a bit differnert instead of an aircool (the old 2.5 which i had ran fine )till had i change of a 3.0 omega lump from a auto totaly differnert in touque an bhp lol ,funny when u get either on normal roads or moterway as i can be in 4th at 15mph and pulls straight though to top end speed lol and still as good on feul as a std 1600 aircool?
im in doncaster south yorkshire , as 4 plans might put rear discs on it ,(also its got heat in the cab lol so no freezy mornings if i boot it in 3rd the speedo goes around the clock like a rev counter hitting the 0 again lol ,i dont pay daft an silly prices (just do my own ) |

| i want someone to video my pickup?(doncaster area)had the bugger on a roll in road at 138.7mph and sounds nice lol but want a video of it ?a bit scary but fun any ideas?(safe ideas please . its dose 70mph in second with a chipped ecu as well so happy at mo till i get bord and fit something else? |

Nice little mod there mate 
Just goes to show how crap those 1600 lawn mower engines are when a 3.0ltr Omega engine gets the same on fuel.....lol...

| lol yearh i know i went down to dubfreeze and got a fair bit of attention lol .there was a 16v golf going 125mph i was sat up his rear bumper waiting 4 him to move lol,,im gunna sort it out soon as the wheathers cleared matey (ill video a phone video 2moz 4 ya cheers all just a bit of fun really |
