Gearbox selector bushes?

Hi I have an 091 4 speed box in my T25 and the selector on the gearstick rod keeps coming off the location rod and gearbox selector ?? I think there's bushes missing but not sure what ..
Can someone please tell me or point me where to get them or find out what's needed ... Thank you
