I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around how to wire this part up. My ECU is factory an AUTO but will be going in a manual car. So all I have is the two wires coming from the ECU (b29-WB and b2-WR)and one of them splits into two. I think I should loop the two together to bypass the 'inhibitor switch' and then the single one looks to go back to a 12v + switched source ?

Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

I can't offer a definitive answer for you, however with the manual conversion you simply ground the wire for the neutral position switch from the ECU.

I would imagine that your auto inhibitor switch is essentially doing the same thing when either P or N are selected.

So I would try providing s ground for it, or as you said loop it over as the other wire is a ground.

Makes sense to me.
