With increasing adds on the website, can subscription be made harder? Or update the forum?
I would like to help modding if nobody has time to do this....?!

is it correct I still don't have authority to remove users? There are a few that keep coming back with nonsense posts, but can't figure out how to block these users

Try now, you should be able to click a link at the bottom to go to administration panel.
