New to the forum but played with buggies for years. Getting very bored with lawn mower so looking at going Scooby on both my buggy and sandrail.
Question is, the rail is spaceframe and the donor is a 2l impreza with a dual ratio 5 speed box.
Very tempted to keep the box and run her mid mount, scoobygears do a lockout spool, blanking plate and output flange adaptors but struggling to find any info on how to sort the gearshift.
Any help much appreciated. |

If you go mid mount then your going to be limited to a cable shifter.
Been done plenty with the Porsche 914 crowd running Subaru engines.
