The other day, I was scouring through wiring diagrams which I thought were the applicable ones for my year, model and ECU. I was trying to be all organised , I drew Each of the three ECU plugs and traced each wire through each plug in the loom to its destination, colour coding everything as I went so that when I get to fit my engine I could sort all the wiring out easily and be able to carry out fault finding a little easier Then I came home, there was a little niggling voice in my head telling me to go check my loom there within lies the flaw!!! The wiring colours are different!!!
Does anyone know if the pins are all the same in ECUs and they just used different wire colours?, or does anyone have a pinout diagram for a three plug ECU for a 99 subaru impreza 2.0 turbo? |

The pins are all the same and generally the wiring colour is totally different to what you'd expect.
I've seen a facelift wiring diagram on tinternet before. Think it was a UK market vehicle.
What market is yours? UK? Jap? _________________ Think......
