ECU/Immo/Keys are a matched set.
If you're struggling to find a replacement, I have a 2000MY 2.0 set available, if that's any use to you.

Hi
Not sure about where you are but any good automotive locksmith can recode new keys with a chip.

But if he's lost his keys the locksmith has nothing to copy ?
In theory Subaru should be able to provide fresh correctly coded keys to a vehicle owner, but to someone with an engine in a VW.. maybe not. _________________ 1990 VW 252 EJ25

A good locksmith doesn't need the original key, my day job is providing road service like the AA, the locksmiths that we refer our members who have lost their keys can make keys with chips on the spot or you can go to a Subaru dealer or just buy a 2nd hand lock and key _________________ STI powered 1303 now running
