Demister/heater wiring

Yes I know I'm getting old and buying an air cooled car may not of been a super idea (plus my other car doesn't have a heater either)

I was wondering if there was a heater I could use then a good friend of mine sent me an eBay link to a pug hdi climate control pre heater and I thought that it might be of use
Trouble is wiring !!!!

Yes it's an electric matrix and only has 4 wires 1 being an earth but not sure what voltage or amperage it needs to run at

So my question is anyone know or have any ideas as I feel this could be a handy mod for others
