more break downs with the t25 scooby

hello again,iv had more problems with my engine,first when the engine was idling it sounded like it was missing or running ruff,engine was wobbling alot,drove it like this for a few days then it finely broke down on me, now it wont start, the error code is 31 which is throttle position sensor and the other fault is 24 which is idle speed control valve (on inlet manifold to left of throttle body.
any ideas on how to get it running again,cheers

More info, just took my spark plug leads out and the have oil on them,could this be the cause of the problem
