glad you like it.still a work in progress but then arnt they all been on the road for a few months just working thru the issues.
a couple of pics of the wiring being thinned down.

engine will still run as is just working thru the wiring to get it down to the minimum

thank mate as i said van is actually on the road but still working thru things so spec will change but this is spec as is.
engine.
audi s4 2.7 twin turbo.
30v. quad cam. variable cam timing.
flyby wire throttle. twin k03 turbos
this is running on the factory ecu that has been remapped so running about 340 hp.
duel 3" exhaust system
twin pwr chargecoolers
billet steel flywheel,s4 cover.custom rs4/996 sprung friction plate.
gearbox
N/A porsche 996 6 speed
custom shifter with parts from anton

i know it's a silly statment but it depends on how fast you want to go.on the queens highway 30mpg,on test track

the last thing you look at or worry about is fuel consumption.i know that it,s at least as good as old derv on fuel after about 95 but then it's not trying. cams dont open till 3.5k if only cruising around and thats over 100mph in 6th.speeds work out something like this thru the gears 1st-40mph, 2nd-70mph, 3rd-100mph, 4th-130mph, 5th-160mph, 6th dont think its going to go any faster than this at the moment. had it up to just over 140 so far plenty left.
get some lpg on it asap and should be nice and cheap to run

be honest i was going to go big derv but with the way legeslation is going a duel fuel looked better as i can go anywhere on gas with no probs.as for travelling it's being built to eat miles across europe. most of the big dervs dont seem to do the mileage and if you've ever driven an s4 the amount of torque available at low rpm it just makes me smile every time i drive it. the power delivery in the first 3 gears can be a bit much in the wet as it doesnt back off the power like a standard s4 would as the abs is not connected to ecu at the moment so motor just give max torque.
