I have a rjes throttle cable setup and its not working the way I'd like it to...I don't really like his throttle body reverser either. It seems to have too much of an angle for smooth movement of the throttle cable. Just curious as to how everyone has theirs setup. Thanks

Jim

Mine is the way Subaru intended, I used a 90 degree silicon bend to due to clearance between the throttle body and fuel tank, I couldn't use the throttle body reverser due lack of space above the engine on a split. Not sure how it would apply on a bay.

Hello Jim, How about talking to me if you are noit satisfied with my products? Maybe you have something fitted incorrectly, or there is some other unexpected problem which is resolvable. I'll help you if I can, but I can't if I don't know you have a problem.
The bay throttle body reverser and cable are pretty well proven products now, having been in production for a few years. I recently redesigned the cable after a customer found a split screen specific problem, but both tne new or old type should be fine in a bay.
I'll take the parts back and refund you (less shipping) if they are still immaculate and you don't want them.
There is no way the split screen installation pictured above will fit in a bay, which is why the throttle body reverser is needed in the first place. Split screens have almost as much space for an induction hose as a T25 does, which is coinsiderably more than a bay, even if you take the grey panel behind the fuel tank out.

I've not got anything from Rich apart from his BH, but he's a very reasonable guy. One day he might make me a coffee

The good thing is, if you've made a balls up, or he has - I'm sure it'll be rectified and posted on here for all to learn from.
