I have a 2.2l in my '77 bay window bus and I had my wiring harness made by Tom Shiels. Now in the harness I have the wires for the oil pressure gauge...is it possible to run a stock oil sender with an aftermarket oil pressure gauge?

Thanks

Stock subarus have an oil switch (for the warning light), NOT a pressure sender..
