Which clutch??

Hi, I think i've buggered the pressure plate of my clutch. When i fitted the engine i tried the clutch (without it running) seemed really stiff.
Now its slackened off with abouth 2mm of play on the arm took it for a spin round the block and the clutch slipped? I think when i first pushed my foot on the clutch before slacking it i might of damage the fingers on the pressure plate not sure? theres no oil leaking all dry. thing is im going to take the engine out tonight and want to order new parts tomorow (hoping to go to vanfest!)
its a tsr adaptor plate ive asked them 2-3 weeks for a clutch kit which they call a 110 clutch kit?
what pressure plates/ clutch kits fit ????

I've got the Kenedy stage 3 with organic clutch in my split on the cable and so far its been great.
