No funnily enough I bought a washer kit from lidle ages ago that had plastic, fibre, copper and rubber washers in at as well as jubily clips and other usefull things. I think it was aimed at plumbers so may be worth looking at your local plumb centre.
i was lucky because the ruber washers I used were flat and the perfect size! Good old lidle!

Got my Lucas reflector in today so I measure up and got them in.
These are 20.5cm down from the top lights.

I got a wholes drilled and srewed in the rubber mount.

All I had to do next was refit the reflector into the rubber mount and then slide the chrome sleeve back over.
Job Done!
Also finished of my sewing! This is cushion number 2. I had already done cushion number 1 so just nuber 3 to go!

Done a little more this weekend. Mainly adjusting my steering rack set-up so that I get even lock on both sides which makes a huge differance! Wish I had done that sooner! 
And I also placed my new tail pipes in the tunnels to get an idea of what its gonna look like.
