Cheepest place to get parts for water cooled Vdubs

Hi guys

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to get new Cheap parts for water cooled Vdubs?

What I need is some bits for some rear calipers. mainly just some new slider pins and rubber boots for them.

ANy help would be great!

Yer I've checked the scrap yard but there are no rear calipers about. I'll try gsf if not there is a vw main agent not too far away so I can always ask them too.

Just spoke to my local VDub main agent and they said they could sell me new hangers (inc sliders and gromets) £60

So I've packed mine out with copper slip and all seems fine.

a caliper carrier for £60 is cheap! i priced some up for a mates golf and they were over £120 a side trade
copper slip works wonder's ive had them so seized in past i've had to warm them up with the gas bottles to get slidder pin out of carrier, a quick blast on wire wheel on bench grinder and copper slip and there like new
