Thought i would ask on here as i seem to be having an issue with the Crew Cab at the moment. Have tested subaru sensor and vw sensors as well as wiring and behind the dash. Have checked as per info Rich gave me sometime ago and all checks out as it should. The problem:
Every morning within 5 mins of driving and long before normal running temp is reached my temp gauge warning light starts flashing. Now the first time it happened i stopped and got out but no overheating and thankfully the head gaskets remain in tact!. Anyway i switched the motor back on and all was fine again. The problem didn't arise again until the next day same time same place. This time i quickly switched the ignition off and on and the problem stopped and as before did not arise until the next day, same time same place. So what is wrong?!
Looks like i going to have to start replacing more bits. Unless anybody has had similar issues.
Cheers

Only replaced it a few months ago as i had a similar issue. Will swap back to the old one and see if it helps.
