I bought a brand new clutch for my T2 conversion, and now when I plan to replace the engine in the pickup I wonder if it's the same splines?
The T2 is from -77 with a 091 box.
The pickup is a -83 diesel that I pretty soon will replace with a 90-ish diesel from a Golf/Jetta/Passat.

| almost certain they are the same, even up to the 96 golf my aaz came out of. I think it's just the shaft lengths that vary, even then it's largely different lengths for the spigot bearing. |

the input shaft splines are the same on the bug, t2 and t25 gearboxes
the aaz's 020 gearbox should have a 22mm finer spline input shaft _________________ 1964 rat 13 window deluxe 1Z tdi,
