Here's a few more pictures for ya

Zorst

It's using the standard Subaru header. I skanked a flange from Rich Jones (cheers bud ). Its ID is bigger than the swage which ment I could angle the pipe out from it. I couldn't have done it with 45° without this 'bend'
The header is made using 2 x 45° bends & a straight from Jetex in 2" steel. These are slip on swaged items. I have now replaced the centre section with a welded on bit. They're now painted black. All I have to do is attach the O2 sensor. The back box (no picture as yet) is a Vauxhall Astra 2l.

Rad

Just another shot

It's now almost plumbed in using a Samco 45mm --> 38 90° reducer for the inlet, 2.2 metres of Pirtek hose, two convoluted flexi hoses (Cheers Mark-S) and a fair few alloy connectors.
The flexi hoses pass easily over the torsion tubes and under the top hat section - no chassis *cough* clearencing required Grin
Not done the heater yet.

Some nice work there m8.... Looking good.

How long till the engine get's fired up for the first time ? One of those memorable moments I think, the first time the engine runs after a conversion . . . Priceless...

Hopefully this weekend. The coolant lines won't have juice in them as I need a bit of TIG'ing doing for a bleed vent in the cold return.

Bummer cos I'm going to miss VanFest
