I know it's my own fault for not checking before i started , but does anyone know the distance between the oil pump pick up pipe and the sump????..
Ive cut my sump down and cut the pick up pipe giving a ten mm clearance and just want to see if this will be ok... _________________ '76 bay going superfly TDI |

when i did my research i remember13mm.but ive seen closer.
and some weld a rod across the bottem so if it gets crushed,it will
still pick up oil.across the pickup screen. _________________ just do it! |
