A bit of info on the pics I sent in:

From the top:

1) Brazilian Watercooled Diesel
2) From a german company that does conversion. The NA VW Diesel gets one side mounted rad, the turbo diesel gets two. According the google translation of the german.. it works well.
3 & 4) Pics from a suby powered bay that was on ebay a few months back. Didn't look like a finished project. I believe the rads are from a honda civic.
4) The dual cab combi by an Australian Conversion Firm (offroad something or other) Same company that makes the very neat looking kit for mounting the rad down underneath between the frame rails.

It works a treat, The rad is from a Sherpa ( I think )





The small fan is controled from the ECU, the other is switched from a rad temp sensor. I don't monitor the small one but anything over 3000rpm and the big one kicks in. No problems though, even fully loaded up hill at warp 8. I also run large air scoops on the side air vents to help supply an air flow to the engine compartment.
