not entirely confident that my stock brakes on my '89 crewcab will be up to the job with an ej20t fitted. any suggestions for a reasonably cheap upgrade?

Talk to Dave at Futbus-hes a really helpfull guy and can do all the work from as little as 215 pounds if you provide the disac and callipers if not he can get em for you. He'd going mine at the mo corrado vr6 calliders with 288mm drilled and vented discs on a 5x100 pcd (I've changed my stud pattern) Yer I think I gave him a bit of a head ache but he's been brilliant and is sorting it all out for me.

Pic to follow soon.

Another option for you. A complete DIY upgrade kit with all parts included.
Porsche Brembo calipers, vented discs and all pipes and brackets provided.

The kit looks very nice
But how much is it for the kit
Bet it does not come under the cheap heading

I guess at 500 quid
