Yer I'm pretty sure it does there are a few peeps useing this set up on here-I think thats why there good because they are the biggest rad that wil fit between the rails. I know JP and Rich spent a few days wondering around the scrapping measuring differant rads and this was the best they said.

Sorry for the late reply, missed this!
Yes it does - you can have it horizontal and I guess it would be an inch or so below the bottom of the rail.
I had to modify the inlet by cutting it down by about 1". I then used a soldering iron to make some ridges in the plastic. 90° Samco 38mm reducer on the inlet. _________________ The advice you receive on here is worth the paper it's written on.
