Sorted, elusive was spot on. I had the pipes crossed over and there must be a one way valve in the filter. Just a simple job of swaping them over. Grin

didn't think it made a differance? I will try swaping pipes over first before i strip sump off just to see.

Defo sounds electrical, have you checked the ground connection to the relay, vibration maybe causing it to come loose and click off and on.

think they do come in 210 size, my first one years ago was 200 and the latest one i got was 210 so you have to use a van clutch

you need to put differant amounts of gaskets on in between gearbox and axel tube. If you buy a gearbox gasket kit, you get loads of gaskets to use as spacers. If you get my drift.
