Sorted, elusive was spot on. I had the pipes crossed over and there must be a one way valve in the filter. Just a simple job of swaping them over.

| didn't think it made a differance? I will try swaping pipes over first before i strip sump off just to see. |

Think i left about 5-10mm clearance, i think i am going to have to drain down and remove the sump its filling up the filter and cooler ok, so it must be picking up the oil . |

| Defo sounds electrical, have you checked the ground connection to the relay, vibration maybe causing it to come loose and click off and on. |

| think they do come in 210 size, my first one years ago was 200 and the latest one i got was 210 so you have to use a van clutch |

| Thats limp mode , had one done at tsr while back with same problem . found out later that i needed a speed senser that they had cut out. I had to make a speed senser with some magnets glued onto my cv ... |

| dont put too many on, the way to get it right is to let it drop on its own and there should be a little resistance so it falls downwards slowly and not just crashes down on your foot. Its a bit trial ... |

| you need to put differant amounts of gaskets on in between gearbox and axel tube. If you buy a gearbox gasket kit, you get loads of gaskets to use as spacers. If you get my drift. |
