if it won't pump, take it back and swap it for another
might help if you could post up a better picture, from that one I couldn't tell if I'm looking at a new cylinder or an old one |

i've made up leds for use in dash lights, just remember that LED's are not dimmable, so when you wire them in don't use the terminal that the original light would have been wired to
