are you talking about the torque converter plate the same size as the flywheel? then no ..

Also have you used longer bolts as the flywheel is thicker than the auto torque plate so requires longer ...

I thought about this for mine but for the price of a new tank not worth the effort, just go for the tried and tested larger dia gravity to pump, job done. I think this is on the limit wth an ej25 and ...

2.5 sohc ..my belief is the gasket issues are around quad cams and not seen on the sohc`s

saying that mine is a quad cam and had gaskets done before i bought it done 15000miles+ since no issues so ...
