|
|
Hi guys..... I am at the point of trial fitting everything again... I have an early bay but essentially the set up is as would be in a t25.
I have a wrx turbo with turbo in standard location bolted up to an 091 late bay gearbox with Rjes housing and t25 hydraulic clutch.
My turbo is VERY close to the clutch slave cylinder, I am just wondering if anyone has experienced problems with heat soak from the turbo to the slave?
also what thoughts where on heat shield designs etc. has anyone made a successful design?
Finally, I am considering a turbo blanket but these have mixed reviews....any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

turbo blanket works well for me.. not in your application admitedly but it's very close to the MAF which hasn't suffered at all. _________________ http://www.ricola.co.uk |
